At Peak School we have a comprehensive camp and trip program ensuring our children get to experience a range of activities as they progress through the school.
Our camp program begins in Year 3 with 2 x day camps including sailing and a beach day. Year 4 enjoy a 2 day, 1 night camp. Our Year 5 program involves a 2 night, 3 day camp and our Year 6 camp involves 3 nights and 4 days.
Throughout the year all our children experience day trips or experts who visit the school. These are different at each year group but across the year groups they usually include trips to a museum, theatre trips, author visits, visits from NGOs, trips to local services including a trip for Year 1 to Matilda Hospital, wetlands and parks. We also experience visiting artists, musicians or performers and a lot of year groups make the most of the fact that we are based on the Peak next to some amazing nature walks and hikes.
